17.3Expansion tank dismantling
In order to dismount the expansion tank, it is necessary to:
Switch the boiler off (see p. 10.4, стр.24);
1)
Close the stop valves on the boiler's inlet and outlet, drain the heat carrier out of the boiler (see p.
2)
10.5, page 24) (if there are no stop valves, drain the heat carrier from the whole heating system);
By mean s of a turnkey 22 unscrew the nut 1 (see Scheme 29) of the pipe of the expansion tank 4;
3)
By mean s of a turnkey 22 unscrew the nut 2 fastening the expansion tank 4 to the carrier 3;
4)
Unscrew two screws 5 (see Scheme 30)fastening the upper carrier 6 to the boiler's channel bar;
5)

Take off the upper carrier 6 and take the tank out of the channel bars, pulling it upwards.

Assembly is performed in the reverse order
18 UTILIZATION
Upon completion of using the boiler, it is necessary to dismantle it by the following operations:
1) Switch the boiler off (see p.10.4, page 24);
2) Close the heat carrier and water stop valves on the boiler's inlet and outlet, drain the heat carrier out
of the boiler (if there are no stop valves, drain the heat carrier out of the whole heating system);
3) shut the gas stop valve;
4) disconnect heating, DWH and gas systems pipelines;
5) take the boiler off from the wall.
It is essential to remember that the boiler is considered to be a potentially traumatic object! Therefore
when utilizing the boiler, it is necessary to ensure maximum safety for others.
Boiler and its package consist of materials suitable for recycling. Dismounted boiler is recommended to
hand over to a specialized organization.
