5) dismount the clip 2 (see Scheme 25) of the pipe's fastening 1 from the pump's hose and pull the pipe out
upwards ;
6) unscrew on the bottom panel three screws of the pump's fastening;
7) disconnect cables from the pressure sensor 4;
8) Disconnect the terminal 3 with the pump's power cables from the connector;
9) disconnect on the pump's right side the tap of manometer 5, by pulling the clip 6 out of the pump's body;
10) Take the pump out, pulling it hard to the left and up.

Assembly is performed in the reverse order.

17.3 Secondary heat exchanger dismantling

In order to dismantle the secondary heat exchanger, it is necessary to:
Switch the boiler on (see p. 10.4, page 24);

Close the stop valves at the boiler's inlet and outlet, drain the heat carrier out of the boiler (see p. 10.5,
2)
page 24) (if there are no stop valves, drain the heat carrier form the whole heating system);
Take off the boiler's casing (see p. 17.1, page 41);
3)
Unscrew two screws 1 (see Scheme 26) of the heat exchanger's fastening to the hydraulic group's units;
4)
Take out the heat exchanger 2 through the wall-adjacent cavity at the boiler's bottom behind the back
5)
panel.

Assembly is performed in the reverse order.
When assembling please pay attention to the correct installation of sealing
rings (4 pcs.) in the hydraulic group's body frames.
