16.2.5 Checking the heating system for stoppage
When boiler is operating in the heating mode (see p. 3.2.4, page9) it is necessary to check whether the bypass
pipe gets hot. If bypass pipe is hot constantly, it is necessary to clean the boiler's inlet hydraulic filter in the
heating line (if the filter is mounted), and also in other places of the heating system where contamination is
possible. Before cleaning the filter, it is necessary to switch the boiler off and drain the heat carrier out of the
boiler (see p.10.4and 10.5, page 21) (if there are no stop valves, drain the heat carrier out of all heating systems).
17 BOILER'S DISASSEBMBLING AND DISMANTLING OF MAIN UNITS
Boiler's disassembling and all works connected with dismantling of the boiler's main units are performed
only after the boiler is completely switched off, (the boiler must be switched off, the taps on the heat
carrier, water and gas lines by the inlet into the boiler are closed, the boiler is disconnected from the
power line)
For any works connected with dismantling, it is necessary to drain the heat carrier out of the boiler (see p.
10.5, page 24).

17.1 Burner block dismantling

To disassemble the burner block it is necessary to:
1) Switch the boiler off (see p. 10.4, page 24);
2) Unscrew 4 self-threading screws 1(see Scheme 16) of casing fastening to the boiler's bottom panel;
3) Remove the cap of front panel;
4) Unscrew two self-threading screws 3 (see Scheme 16) and four self-threading screws 2 (see scheme.16)
of fastening to the front panel to the casing;
Scheme 16. Dismantling of the casing and the front panel
5) Throw the front panel with a cap down;
6) Put the casing off pulling it upwards and towards yourself;
7) Unscrew 4 self-threading screws of the sealing cap's fastening.
Put the cap off pulling it hard towards yourself. When assembling take into consideration the proper
installation of the cap's sidewalls which should enter slots on the back side of the boiler.
In order to dismantle the burner and the manifold, included into the burner block, after removing the casing
and the sealing cap it is necessary to:
Unscrew 2 self-threading screws 1 (see scheme 17)of plate's fastening with the plugs and put the plate off;
1)
Unscrew four screws 4 of the fastening of the manifold 3 to the burner's front bracket;
2)
3) By means of a turnkey 30 unscrew the nut 5 of the manifold's fastening to the gas pipe and put the
manifold off;
Scheme 17. Manifold dismantling
8) Unscrew four self-threading screws 1 (see scheme 18) of the burner's fastening to the back wall of the
boiler (2 from each side) and put the burner off.
Assembly is performed in reverse order.

17.2 Primary heat exchanger dismantling

In order to dismount the heat exchanger, it is necessary to:
