Convert HDMI to DVI Video and Audio
The HDMI™ to DVI Audio Adapter is a unique device that inputs digital video and digital audio into
DVI and a TOSlink output to seamlessly integrate into the modern home theater. This adapter
connects HDMI™ home theater devices or HDMI video to DVI compliant digital monitors. This
adapter also takes digital audio and decodes it onto the digital audio signal for the full DVI video
and audio effect. With the HDMI to DVI Audio Adapter home theater devices and computer systems
can be easily connected any DVI display for the full digital video and audio experience.
DVI Cables
How It Works
Simply connect the supplied HDMI™ cable to the input side of the HDMI to DVI Audio Adapter.
Then connect the TOSlink digital audio cable to the audio output of the HDMI to DVI Audio Adapter.
Then connect the DVI display or projector to the DVI output of the HDMI to DVI Audio Adapter. The
adapter decodes the digital audio and the digital video signal to generate the DVI signal and audio
output.
