networks are used. Because Private Cluster Connection
represents a direct connection between nodes, it remains at the
top of the list.
In normal operation, this connection is used for cluster
communication. In case of the Private Cluster Connection
failure, Cluster Service automatically switches to the next
network on the list (in this case, Public Cluster Connection).
The Internal Cluster Communication dialog box displays next,
as shown in

Step 8. Verify that the first connection in the list is the Private Cluster
Connection, then click Next.
Important:
Always set the order of the connections so that the Private
Cluster Connection is first in the list.
