! WARNING
Never let the cooling media drain freely out to
the atmosphere during system discharging .
Use appropriate scavenging tool for cooling
medium exhaustion . Any cooling mediumyou
must provide to the supplier for its professional
disposal.
! WARNING
Ensure professional disposal of the old
compressor-oil . Hand it over to the supplier for
this purpose .
The old compressor oil never dispose together
with other used oils (like engine oil etc .) .
Prior to maintenance work start, study the safety
instructions, presented in this manual, carefully !
General requirements
The system is designed for continuous run and so it does not require any regular servicing.
(See the following table)!
Activity
Intake and hot gas temperatures/pressures measurements
Compressor oil level checking
Check for bubbles presence through a visor
Check of pumps functions
Operation mode switch functionality checking
Central control functionality checking (warnings, parameters, ...)
High- and low- pressure switch functionality checking
Water temperature checking at the output
Water and brine flowage measurement
Water and brine circuit de-aeration.
Water and brine system pressure checking
Water filter checking (if installed)
Brine concentration checking, in the brine circuit
Checking of connections tightening at the terminals
Cleaning of equipment external cover by soap water
Cooling medium filling-in
The cooling medium must be filled-in to the system
in liquid form, that insures the filling-in process
correctness.
For equipment filling-up we can use the valve on the
suction side of the compressor, as well as the valve
installed to the pipe for liquid.
Any insufficient filling-in may evoke losses in
performance and maylead to low pressure failure
which evokes switch-off of the whole system.
However, any equipment overfilling will lead to hot
gas temperature increase, and so to needlessly high
power consumption. Beside this, it can cause a high-
pressure failure, when all the equipment is switched
out too.

ENGLISH
Responsibility for regular and in-time execution of
any works, in connection with maintenance, bears
the equipment operator. The equipment operator
may sign an agreement on maintenance execution
with a local service provider. If it comes to equipment
damage, in consequence of a botched up repair, all
the granted warranty rights will cease.
This service manual is valid for standard equipment
only, and it does not contain any maintenance works
to be done on modified equipment components.
Maintenance intervals
The maintenance should be carried out by qualified
personnel exclusively according to he following table
for maintenance execution. All detected shortages
must be fixed.
compressor
The compressor is equipped, from the manufacturer,
by oil filling necessary to its operation. Under
common operation conditions the oil filling may
hold in the system for the whole lifetime of the
equipment . As far as it is not necessary to carry out
any repairs on the system, no oil refilling is required.
Any compressor replacement may be done only by
authorised servicing partner.
