Inventory

The Model G0565 Sponge Sander comes almost
entirely assembled. The remaining parts can be
found in a bag inside the cabinet. After removing
the parts from the bag, you should have the fol-
lowing items:

In the event that any nonproprietary parts are
missing (e.g. a nut or a washer), we would be
glad to replace them, or for the sake of expedi-
ency, replacements can be obtained at your local
hardware store.

Site Considerations

Floor Load
The Model G0565 weighs 167 lbs. and has a
base footprint of 22
" W x 19" D. Most commer-

cial floors are suitable for your machine. Some
residential floors may require additional reinforce-
ment to support both the machine and operator.
Working Clearances
Consider existing and anticipated needs, size of
material to be processed through each machine,
and space for auxiliary stands, work tables or
other machinery when establishing a location for
your sponge sander. See Figure 4 for the mini-
mum working clearances of the Model G0565.
