Create or Load a Printer Profile

Export or Upload Configuration Files

PC23 and PC43 Desktop Printer User Manual
This topic explains how to save the current settings as a printer profile,
and how to load a saved profile.
1 From the Ready screen, press
2 Select Tools > Profiles. The Profiles menu appears.
3 To save the current printer settings as a profile, select Save. In the
Save Profile menu, select Filename and enter a name for the profile
of up to sixteen characters (no spaces).
To load a saved profile, select Load. In the Load Profile menu,
select the profile to load.
After you save the printer configuration settings to a file, you can
export the file to a USB storage device and upload it to other printers.
1 From the Ready screen, press
2 Select Tools > USB Menu.
3 Select Configuration.
4 To export a configuration file from the printer memory to the USB
storage device, select Export Configuration. A list of the available
files appears.
To import a configuration file from the USB storage device to the
printer memory, select Install Configuration. A list of the
available files appears.
5 Select the file to export or install and then press
exported or installed.
