No Dial Tone
Line Busy
No Answer

Cause
The Remote Module
is not properly
connected to the
local telephone
company.
The line that the
Switch Module is
connected to is
already in use.
The Switch Module
is not responding.
The Remote Module
does not receive a
Ring-Back tone or an
Answer Back tone.
Action
Connect a regular
telephone to the
telephone company jack,
and listen for dial tone.
Make sure the line is
properly connected to the
jack on the Remote
Module. If you still do not
hear dial tone, contact
your system
administrator.
Contact your system
administrator, and verify
that the correct
telephone number has
been programmed and
that no one else is using
the Switch Module you
are trying to call.
Report the problem to
your system
administrator, and verify
that the correct
telephone number has
been programmed.
