About the Integrated Office Companion Application

The Integrated Office Companion (IOC) enhances the use of telephony features in the office
environment by providing quick and easy access to them from the computer desktop.
Integrated Office Companion also allows automation of telephony, instant messaging, and
multimedia features, allowing the user to be immediately attentive to incoming
communications.
Notes:
•
For users familiar with the PC Companion Application; all that functionality is still
available as a component of the IOC.
•
It is recommended that if you install the Integrated Office Companion; you first
uninstall the Standalone PC Companion Application (if previously installed).
