Summary of Settings
Description
Sets the current date and time (1 p. 3-6).
Enters the fax/telephone number you want to appear
at the top of each fax page you send (1 p. 3-6).
Enters the name or company name you want to appear
at the top of each fax page you send (1 p. 3-6).
Enables/disables printing of the sender information
(1 p. 3-5).
Selects whether the sender information is positioned
inside or outside the image area (1 p. 3-5).
Selects the prefix for the unit number (1 p. 3-5).
Selects the scanning contrast (1 p. 7-3).
Enables/disables the off hook alarm that alerts you
that the handset is not seated properly in its cradle.
Sets the volume of the FAX sounds.
Selects the ring volume when the FAX detects a voice
call.
Selects the keypad touch beep volume.
Selects the error alarm volume.
Selects the line monitor volume (sound during dialling).
Selects the ring type for incoming calls.
Selects the telephone line type setting for your FAX
(1 p. 3-8).
Enables dialling through a switchboard.
If you select PBX, you can select additional sub-settings
(1 p. 3-9).
