Only available when in Truck mode.

When set to car, a simplified set of menus displays and routing is calculated for
cars. When set to Truck, routing is calculated for the specified truck and load.
(See "Set Truck Information" on page 18. Also, when set to Truck, the driver
status setting controls how timers are calculated.
