En Route Features

The En Route menu allows you to make changes
during navigation Tap quickly any place on the map to open
the En Route menu screen
ü Night Mode – This allows you to change between maps op-
timized for daytime and nighttime driving To
enable the nighttime maps, tap Night Mode
You are returned to the map in Night Mode
To revert to Day Mode, tap anywhere on the
map and select Day Mode from the menu
ü Detour – If you encounter traffic or another road blockage,
Detour allows you to re-route around the current
road To enable:
Tap Detour.
Tap the icon corresponding to the distance you
wish to detour (1/4 mile, 1 mile, 5 miles or 25
miles) A new route will be calculated, avoiding
your specified detour distance
NOTE: To remove the detour from your route, return to
the En Route menu A new option, Unblock will be
displayed on the menu Tap Unblock and the detour
will be removed
ü Interim Destination – Use this feature to add a new desti-
ü Next Destination – If you are on an itinerary with multiple
ü Settings – Please see details in Section 6 - Settings
ü Quit Navigation – Tap this to exit the navigation mode at
any time

used for destination entry)
Tap Set as route point The route will
be recalculated to route you first to
the interim destination and then to
the original destination once the in-
terim location has been reached

will skip the current destination and re-
route you to the next destination in
your itinerary
