Reading new incoming SMS messages
1. Press <.
2. Scroll to one of the following options using
Write Message (SMS, E-Mail*), Inbox, Outbox, Saved, Service
Centre (Send, Receive, E-mail, Terminal No), Set First Ring, Delete
Memory.
3. Follow any on screen prompts.
Note!
To switch between upper case/lower case (A/a) press
To insert a space or special character press
*Requires a current subscription with your service provider. Please note you must store any
e-mail service centre numbers as described below.
Entering the telephone number to the SMS service centre/provider
Check that the correct service provider telephone number (without terminal
number) has been entered.
Please note that the correct terminal number (normally 0 for Australia / 9 for
UK) must be programmed separately.
Set First Ring
It may be a good idea to turn off the first ringer signal if you are subscribing to
an SMS service.
