How use manual mode
To use the manual mode on the Pro-Form 625 Treadmill:
1. Insert the key fully into the console – This turns on the treadmill. (See "HOW TO TURN ON THE POWER" if needed.)
2. Select the manual mode – The manual mode is automatically selected when the key is inserted. If a program is selected, press the PROGRAM button repeatedly to switch to manual mode.
