than 165 V, machine will continue to work but will display a sign of "E-1" in window H to alert the user
that the machine is not operating within its normal parameters. When the voltage returns to the normal
parameters, the "E-1" sign will disappear. A machine will be damage when working under inadequate
voltage supply conditions.
7.3.10) Motor current protection function
When the motor exceeds the nominal rated current, the machine will stop working, the
alarm will sound and window H will display "E-2".
7.3.11) Counter function
a. With the machine in standby mode, turn the key clockwise. The counter in window B will revert to
zero. Return the key to previous position and the machine will be ready to count again.
b. When the machine is in standby mode, press the power button to start the machine. Pull the draw
handle, and display window B setting will change from "0" to "1". If the handle is not lifted to its
original position, the display will show a new count after every 3 seconds. The counter function
proceeds until "999", whereupon it will resume from "0" again.
c. After 10 minutes the counter will automatically revert to the left hopper temperature display.
d. In HM836, discharge of ice cream from middle outlet will be registered on left side.

pressure. Protection mode will stop machine from working until pressure
equalizes
E-4 is displayed in window H: the left cylinder is operating beyond the
temperature limits or the sensor is faulty (temp-1)
E-5 is displayed in window H: the right cylinder is operating beyond the
temperature limits or the sensor is faulty (temp-2)
