7.3.5) Calibrating ice cream hardness setting

a. The machine has pre-established factory settings for ice cream hardness. However, these are
based on a standard average ice cream mixture. If your mixture differs substantially, it may be
necessary to re-adjust this setting.
b. There are 70 degrees of calibration (from 30 to 100). After connecting the machine to a power
source, press the red power button
E will flash. Pressing the + (Product) or – (Wash) button will allow the user to modify the setting.

pre-cooling temperature (only for machines with this optional function)
When the machine is in stand-by mode, press the power button for three seconds to enter
programming mode. Thereafter press the pre-cooling key to select the hopper temperature/keep-fresh
temperature function. Window H will begin to flash. Pressing the +/- keys, the user will be able to
navigate between the numbers 2~16. Press the power key again to save the settings an to exit
programming mode. After setting the temperature, windows B and H will reflect the hopper
temperature.

7.3.7) Setting the electrical current parameters

Enter programming mode by holding down the start button for three seconds,then press the
pre-cooling button to navigate to the pre-cooling programming function. When the indicator in display
window B flashes,press the +/- buttons to choose between -1.0~+1.0A. The indicator in display
window B will show numerals from -1.0~+.0. Press the power button again to exit the programming
function and save the changes。

7.3.8) Hopper level alarm

During production or washing modes, if the hoppers are inadequately filled with liquid mixture, the
machine will emit an alarm and the hopper level indicator will change from blue
revert to blue and the alarm will halt once adequate liquid levels have been established.

7.3.9) High and low voltage protection

The machine can operate within a range of 165 V ~ 260V. If the voltage is higher than 260 V or less
