- Page 2 PERM WALL INSTALLATION The Perm Wall frame should be fastened to a wall. The frame is not designed for “flying” installations. 1. Assemble frame sections together by inserting plastic corner brackets to tubes and securing the corners with #12 sheet metal screws. If you have a larger jointed frame, insert steel bracket on one section of frame into other section matching the color code.
