Memory Transmission

The memory transmission should be selected as the default transmission
mode. Since your fax has several functions, it is possible to scan
documents into the memory for later transmission even though your fax
machine is currently sending, receiving or printing from memory. As soon
as the current operation has been completed, the newly scanned
document will be processed. Memory transmission offers several
advantages. Make sure the memory LED is on. If this is not the case,
press [MEMORY].
1
Insert the document face up into
the ADF and press [FAX] on the
control panel.
2
Dial the telephone number
manually or use one of the one-
touch keys or speed dial numbers.
3
Press [START] to scan the
document. It will be automatically
sent from memory.
Note
Your Di151f comes with an ECM (Error Correction Mode). In this
mode, data that may be lost due to poor line quality is sent repeatedly.
This procedure considerably reduces the number of errors.
