When you use the printer for the first time, install the four or six cassettes in the slots on the back of the printer. Use only KODAK PROFESSIONAL ink cassettes. If the media is larger than standard size, it can touch the floor, and will affect the quality of your prints. Always make sure that you are printing on the printable side of the media.
