Changing Batteries - BMW 525i Owner's Manual

You can navigate through the menus with the
serrated dial and the buttons 1. Turning the ser-
rated dial is equivalent to turning the controller.
Pressing and moving the controller to the left,
right, forward or back is replaced by pressing
the corresponding button, refer to page 16.

Changing batteries

1. Press in the detent and remove the battery
compartment cover.
2. Replace the batteries. The type and instal-
lation position are marked on the bottom of
the battery compartment.
3. Close the cover.
Return used battery to a recycling collec-
tion point or to your BMW
Attaching headphones
Connections for the headphones:
Jacks 3.5 mm.

Settings for remote control
You can limit control and set it so that the audio
source of the speakers is also heard through the
headphones.
