Scroll to the extension for which you want to select a ring tone and press the Right
Arrow key.
Scroll through the ring tones and press Play to play the highlighted ring tone. Press
Select to choose the highlighted ringtone for that extension.
You can also create a ringtone from an MP3 file. To create a ringtone from an MP3
audio file:
a. Load the audio file onto a USB memory device (not sold with the phone), in a
folder named "mp3." The file must have no Digital Media Rights protection. The
USB device must be inserted into the phone.
b. Press the FromUsb softkey.
c. Press Play to play the file.
d. Press Save.
e. Select an empty slot into which to save the ring tone, then press Save.
f. Press Select to select the ringtone for that extension.
You can access some pre-configured weather and news web services on your IP
phone (if enabled by your phone administrator). To access these services:
Using the Setup button:
Press the Setup button.
Select Web Applications.
Select the type of service.
Using Line buttons:
Your phone administrator may set up line buttons to access weather and news on
your phone. If this has been configured on your phone, press the appropriate line
button to connect to the service.
