10.6.2 Two-Way Audio Modes of Operation

Transfer: D6600/D6100i transfers the incoming
line to another line; a flash operation occurs at the
end of the alarm signal. The receiver dials the line
programmed at Transfer Phone Number (refer to
Menu Items 3.1.4.18 Flash [x 100ms] and
3.1.4.19 Transfer Phone Number in the
D6600/D6100i Program Entry Guide
[P/N: 4998122702]).

Hold: The D6600/D6100i remains off-hook as
programmed so another device can take over the
line before hold time expires. Refer to Menu Item
3.1.4.20 Hold in the D6600/D6100i Program Entry
Guide (P/N: 4998122702) for programming
information.

Duration: The D6600/D6100i remains off-hook
as programmed or until terminated by a Stop
command. Connect a regular telephone in parallel
with the incoming telephone line. Refer to Menu
Item 3.1.4.1 Duration in the D6600/D6100i
Program Entry Guide (P/N: 4998122702) for
programming information.
The D6600/D6100i can perform only
one of these operations at a time. If
there is more than one, the sequence is
Transfer, Hold, and Duration.
