You can broadcast a message in three ways:

Internal Paging

External Paging

Simultaneous Paging
Internal Paging
Internal paging allows you to broadcast
a message over the speaker of every
telephone on the system, provided the
telephones are not on a call.
External Paging
If your business is equipped with a paging
amplifier and speaker system connected to
the system, you can broadcast a message
over the speakers.
Simultaneous Paging
To page both externally and internally:
Press the Phone key.

Dial 6-2-2

(the simultaneous paging extension).
Announce your message.

Phone key again to end the broadcast.

To Page Internally
Press the Phone key.

Dial 6-2-1

(the Internal Paging extension).
Announce your message.

When you are finished,

press the Phone key again
to end the broadcast.
To Page Externally
Press the Phone key.

Dial 6-2-0
2
(the External Paging extension).
Announce your message.

When you finish,

press the Phone key again
to end the broadcast.
