Unpacking

Place the machine on the table or

cabinet, remove the packaging and
lift off the carrying case.
Remove the side parts of the

packing material, the foot control
and fi nally the protection cover.
The machine is delivered with an

accessory bag, a main cord and a
foot control cord.
Wipe the machine, particularly
4
around the needle and needle plate
to remove any soil before sewing.
Packing Away After Sewing
Press the power switch to turn off the
1
machine.
Unplug the cord from the wall socket
2
fi rst and then from the machine.
Wind the main cord around your
3
hand and place the cord in the
pocket of the hard cover.
Unplug the foot control cord from the
4
machine. Wind the foot control cord
around your hand and place it in the
space of the foot control.
Check to ensure that all accessories
5
are in the accessory tray. Slide the
tray on to the machine around the
free arm.
Place the foot control, with the
6
underside towards you, fi tting into
the recess of the accessory tray at the
rear side of the machine.
