Operations on Configuration Screen
When you click the [MAIN SETTINGS] button on the control panel, the menu buttons for an
administrative user ("admin") are displayed. Clicking each button displays the corresponding
configuration screen.
The menu button being selected is displayed in orange.

1 NETWORK (See page 17)
Used for configuring the communication settings
with the camera.
• For the network configurations, contact your
network administrator.
MEMO:
To put camera access restrictions on any PC,
display the [SECURITY SETTINGS] screen from
this screen to make necessary settings.
2 CLOCK (See page 20)
Used for configuring the clock settings including the
date and time, time zone, and daylight saving mode.
Be sure to configure the date and time settings
before starting the camera operation through the
network.
3 CODEC/STREAMING (See page 22)
Used for configuring the image and streaming
settings of the video transmitted from the camera.

4 AUDIO (See page 24)
Used for configuring the voice communication
settings.
Configure the audio settings if you want to listen to
voice from the camera or send voice from the PC
microphone to the camera.
5 E-MAIL (See page 25)
Used for configuring the automatic e-mail
transmission function. The function allows you to
receive the alarm notification e-mail when the alarm
condition is detected or to receive the e-mails at a
certain interval. In either case, the image can be
attached to the e-mail.
6 TRANSMISSION (See pages 27 - 32)
Used for configuring the recording preferences
when recording the live video using the recorder
software.
You can select the image transfer mode either from
"HTTP" or "FTP".
