This option board (Network) is an extension board that allows you to connect Sanyo's color CCD
camera (Power Board Unit: VA-84SA or VA-80SA) to your network.
After installing the option board on the camera, you can view live video from the camera using Internet
Explorer on your PC. If you want to view live videos from multiple cameras, install the supplied
"VA-SW3050Lite" monitoring software.

■ System requirements

The system requirements for camera operation via network are as follows:
• PC: IBM PC/AT and compatibles
• OS: Windows XP Home Edition/Windows XP Professional
• CPU: Pentium IV (2.0GHz or higher) (3.0GHz or higher for using the VA-SW3050)
• Memory: 512MB or more (1GB or more for using the VA-SW3050)
• Network interface: 10Base-T/100Base-TX (RJ45 connector)
• Display card: 1024 x 768 pixels or higher, 16 million colors or higher
• Graphics chip: ATI RADEON X1000 series or higher
nVIDIA GeForce 6000 series or higher
• Web browser: Internet Explorer Ver.6.0 or higher
• Voice: Sound card and speakers with 100% DirectX compatibility
Note:
• LAN cable must be CAT-5 or higher, and no more than 100 m (109.4 yds) in length.
• Image may be delayed and/or audio interrupted, depending on the environment of use.
• Be sure to use the latest versions of operating system and browser, which can be updated by using
the Windows Update service.
