In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen.

Tap
> Smart Dialing.
To change the default country code or area code, tap Country Code or Area Code.
To set a company's extension access number, tap Set your Extension Access Number.
Tap any of the drop-down lists to change other smart dialing options.
Turn on Priority Calling
If you have multiple phone lines, or if your work phone is associated with your BlackBerry device using the BlackBerry MVS
Client, you can make calls with the phone line you want using the Priority Calling feature. With Priority Calling, you can
assign a phone line or app to use when you make calls.

In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2.
Tap
> Priority Calling.
3.
Set the Use Priority Calling switch to On.
4.
Tap the Phone line drop-down list.
5.
Do any of the following:
To set a specific phone line or app as the default when you make all outgoing calls, tap a phone line.
To automatically use your mobile line when you're connected to a mobile network, tap Use Priority Line.
Turn on the Reply Now feature
You'll never have to excuse yourself from a meeting or conversation to answer the phone again. With the Reply Now
feature, you can send a brief message to a caller when you ignore or decline an incoming phone call.
You can send a Reply Now message to any caller that is a BBM contact, or to any caller that has a mobile number listed in
your contact list.

In the Phone app, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2.
Tap
> Priority Calling.
3.
Set the Reply Now switch to On.
Once you've turned on the Reply Now feature, you can also edit the default Reply Now messages.
Set up your fixed dialing numbers
When you set up and use fixed dialing numbers, you can only make calls and send text messages to the phone numbers
that you added to the fixed dialing numbers list. For example, if you give your BlackBerry device to your child to use, you
can limit the phone numbers that your child can call. To use fixed dialing numbers, your service provider must set up your
SIM card for this feature. Depending on your wireless service provider, this feature might not be supported.
