B-series OUI support enhancement
In the first half of 2010, a new Organizationally Unique Identifier (OUI) began phasing into B-series
platforms. DCFM 10.3.4 adds support for this OUI. For more information, see

LDAP enhancements
The administrator/root user has an option to select one of the following conditions in which the
DCFM Authentication falls back to the Secondary Authentication (Local DB):
LDAP Servers are not reachable
User not found in LDAP
