INFRAREDPROTECTION FUNCTION
1.TheSafe-T-Beam ®hasno effecton thedoorduringanopening cycle.
2.If theSafe-T-Beam ®detects an obstruction whentryingto closethe
door,it will notallowthe doorto close.
3.When the garage dooris closing, i f Safe-T-Beam ® isinterrupted by
a personor obstacle, the garage doorwill stopits downward travel
andreverse automatically t o its fully opened position.
4.If theSafe-T-Beam ®System fails,loses power, o r is installed
improperly, pressandholdthe wallconsole "open/close" b utton
untilthe doorreaches its fullyclosedposition. I f yourelease the
"open/close" b uttonon thewallconsole during the closing
movement, the doorwill reverse automatically to its fully-opened
position.
