0 to 35% bypass. For more information, see the bypass adjustment instructions on page 11. Unlike other FETCO brewers, the amount of water dispensed is not controlled by the brew timer setting. It is factory set at 6 gallons and is not adjustable.

The flow rate of the brewing and bypass water can be reduced if mineral deposits accumulate inside the brew and bypass orifices. See page 12 for instructions on removing the orifices. Safety Features Thermal breaker: In the unlikely event that the liquid level control board fails, and allows the brewer to heat without water in the tank, the thermal breaker will disable the heaters once the tank temperature exceeds the breaker’s temperature limit (152°C).
  • Page 12 Timer Adjustments: All models are equipped with a brew timer and bypass timer for each side. The AT (Automatic Transfer) versions have an additional timer to control the transfer pump. All three timers are identical, and are mounted on the main control board in the brewer’s upper compartment, as shown on the diagram.

Brew & Bypass Orifices: Removing or replacing the brew orifice is necessary if a longer or shorter brew cycle is desired, or if mineral deposits have accumulated inside of it, reducing the flow of water. There is only one size bypass orifice (.206”), which may also be restricted by mineral deposits. To change either orifice: •Remove the brew basket and brew basket drawer.
