NOTICE:
To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface (such
as the back panel) on the computer.
NOTICE:
To help prevent damage to the system board, remove the main battery (see
computer.
NOTE:
If you ordered an internal card with Bluetooth wireless technology with your computer, the card is already installed.
 
1. Follow the instructions in

The internal card with Bluetooth wireless technology is located in the battery bay. You must remove the main battery (as instructed in

Computer) before you can access the card.
 
2. Remove the M2 x 3-mm screw that secures the card in place.
 
3. Using your fingers or a plastic scribe, carefully pull the card out of the compartment and lift the mylar tape, if present, so that you can disconnect the
card from its cable and remove it from the computer.
 
4. To replace the card:
a.  Connect the card to the cable and then carefully insert the card into the compartment.
b.  Replace the M2 x 3-mm screw.
