The Buttons
The buttons on the bottom row control the printers operation. The buttons on the top row control
the printer menus; they will be described in chapter 8 (
Except for the ON-LINE button, all of the buttons function only when the printer is off-line.
#1 Press to switch printer between on-line/off-line state. Press to end menu session.
#2 Press to print remaining data in buffer and eject page.
Size Quick Menu.
#3 Press to print current printer settings. Press and hold to print sample page of all resident,
card, and soft fonts present.
#4 Press to clear error conditions and continue printing. Press and hold to reset menu to user
defaults; clears buffer, temporary fonts, and macros.
