About License Portal Reports

The AppAssure 5 License Portal lets you generate reports about license portal activity. You can access reports for any
group from the Home page in the AppAssure 5 License Portal. You can export the reports in any of the following formats:
• XLS
• XLSX
• PDF
• RTFMHT
• TXT
• CSV
• Image
Many of the reports support drill-downs. You can click the links in a report, and the corresponding report is displayed.
For example, when you click a group name, the report for the selected group is displayed. The license portal offers
reports for the following report categories:
• Summary
• User
• Group
• Machine
• License

Summary Category

The dashboard report is available for the Summary category.
Dashboard Report
This report displays the total number of machines for a group and all its subgroups. It includes the following two
diagrams:
• The number of active licenses for a period of time.
Description
Re-enables deactivated agent.
A deactivated agent is still billed for the current month. It is not billed for the next month.
Upgrades the version of AppAssure installed on the agent, if it is not running the latest
available version.
Blocks the agent. A blocked agent is still billed for the current month. It is not billed for the
next month. A blocked agent cannot be re-enabled on client.
Makes the agent visible but disabled.
