Generating A Report
To generate a report:
1.
Do one of the following:
–
On the Home page of the License Portal, select a category from the Category drop-down list.
–
For a group report, navigate to the group, and then scroll down to the Reports area of the group page.

From the Report drop-down list, select a report.
3.
Select one of the following options:
–
Click Go to run a one-time report.
–
Or, click Subscribe and select an option as Daily, Weekly, or Monthly; and then click Add to automatically
run the report on a recurring basis.
Managing Subscriptions
You can tailor your subscriptions to have reports electronically sent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. To manage
subscriptions:
1.
On the AppAssure 5 License Portal Home page, click your user name, and then click Personal Settings.
2.
On the Account Profile page, click the Subscriptions tab.
3.
In the Actions column, click the Actions drop-down list for the available report subscriptions, and then click Edit
Subscription.
4.
Select one of the following report frequency options:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
5.
Click Save.
Selected report is sent every day.
Selected report is sent every Friday.
Selected report is sent at the end of each month.
