Troubleshooting

If you encounter problems operating the uDivine, please check the following points. If the
uDivine still malfunctions or does not work, please switch off the uDivine, remove the power
plug from the electrical outlet and contact Brookstone Customer Service for servicing.
Do not dismantle or attempt to repair the uDivine yourself. Doing so will void the
warranty and OSIM will not be responsible for any subsequent consequences.
Problem
• Frictional sound of rollers
against seat cover.
• Motor sound during operation.
• Loud sound during tapping
and kneading program.
• Operation stopped and the
massage rollers moved to
their original position.
• The controller does not work.
• The power cord and plug are
abnormally hot.
• The massage stops midway.
Possible causes / action
• These sounds are the result of mechanical structure
and not malfunction.
• This may occur during normal usage.
• The Auto Timer of a pre-set duration has lapsed.
• The uDivine is equipped with a thermal resetting
protection device. This is an added safety feature to
protect your massage chair from overheating.
• The [ ] button was pressed accidentally.
• If the uDivine stops and fails to restart as a result of
overheating, turn off the main power switch for at
least 30 minutes. Failure to do so may result in the
chair resuming operation unexpectedly when the
device is cooled down.
• Check the power plug and ensure that it is securely
connected to a live electrical outlet.
• Check the connection at the back of the uDivine.
• Ensure that the main switch is turned "ON".
• Stop use immediately and contact Brookstone
Customer Service at 866-336-3199.
• Turn off the main switch located at the back of the
chair. Turn it on again after 5 seconds.
• If the problem persists, please turn off the main
switch, disconnect the power plug from the electrical
outlet and contact Brookstone Customer Service at
866-336-3199.
