retracted/extended.
Beeping sound from the
controller.

the chair is reclined.
Possible causes / action
Ensure that the main switch is turned on.
Ensure that the power plug is firmly connected to the
electrical outlet.
Check that the voltage at the electrical outlet is
adequate.
For safety, footrest massage will only be available
when the footrest is extended from the chair base.
Slightly extend the footrest until the massage can be
activated.
The roller mechanisms may be strained if massage
speed is slow and subjected to excessive force.
Do not apply excessive force on the rollers.
When the massage program finishes, the rollers will
automatically return to the storage position (upper
position of the backrest). To continue with the massage,
press the Power button on the controller again.
Make sure that no object is caught behind the
backrest as this activates the reclining safety
mechanism.
Remove and reconnect the AC plug to the electrical
outlet.
Sit in the deepest position of the chair and keep your
head on the pillow during the body scan.
The automatic massage points detection system will not
function when the manual massage mode is selected.
For safety, the air massage will stop when adjustments
are made to the backrest.
This is not a defect.
