    oPeRaTIon Plug the unit into a properly grounded wall outlet . Press the MAIN POWER SWITCH on the back of the unit to ON . Place your feet in the FOOT BEDS . Press the POWER BUTTON on the CONTROL PANEL . Press the INTENSITY BUTTON to control the intensity of the massage .
