Error codes
An icon or error code will appear on the LCD screen if any of the following happen:

The [

The cover of the Safety Release Knob is open. Close the cover and the
footrest massage will resume.

The footrest massage unit is not in operation position or retract position.
Extend the footrest massage unit by pressing the [

The backrest bottom panel is being depressed by some obstacle. Remove
the obstacle and re-start the program.
Error code #15
The product is overheating. Turn off the main switch and let the product cool
down for at least 30 minutes before using again.

please turn off the main switch and contact Brookstone Customer Service.
