why my OS-318 do not work? the light is stuck on the toning mode
If your Brookstone uPhoria Premium OS-318 is stuck on the Toning mode, press the mode selection button repeatedly to cycle through the massage modes (Relax, Reflexology, Sleep, Toning). Each press should switch to the next mode, and the corresponding LED will light up. Press the button again to stop the massage program. You can also press the main switch to stop all auto massage programs at any time. If the issue persists, contact Brookstone Customer Service at 800-846-3000.
