    USING THE MASSAGER 1. Plug the POWER CORD into an outlet. 2. Grip the WEIGHTED ARMS and drape the massager around your neck with the MASSAGE NODES in the center of your back. 3. Press the POWER button to begin massage at its lowest level. 4.
