To restore a custom default configuration using the console, execute the erase
startup-config command from the console command prompt.

To restore the factory default configuration using the console, execute the
copy factory-default startup-config command from the console command
prompt.

While the LEDs are still flashing, release the clear button. The configura-
tion sets to the custom default settings and the AP is rebooted.
Press the reset and clear buttons simultaneously.
Once the LEDs shut off, release the reset button. The LEDs will then flash
about once per second.
Press the reset button (while continuing to hold the clear button). After
about one second, all LEDs will flash rapidly (about 10 times per second).
After the LEDs begin to flash rapidly, release the clear button. The AP
resets to factory defaults and reboots. You can then release the reset
button.
