Biscuits
Serves approx. 80
250 g plain flour
1 level tsp baking powder
80 g sugar
3 tsp vanilla sugar
1 1/2 tbsp rum
2 tbsp water
120 g butter
Method:
1. Sift together the flour, baking
powder, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add
the rest of the ingredients and knead to
a smooth dough. Leave to cool for at
least 1 hour.
2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of
approx. 3 mm. Make biscuits using a
cookie cutter, place on a baking tray
and bake.
