DESCRIPTION
Type the full name of the owner of this device.
Type some extra information about this customer.
Type the complete customer mailing address here.
Type the customer's building number, street and city zone (if applicable)
here.
Type the full city or town name.
Type the state or province.
Type the zip or postal code here.
Select the country or region from the list.
Type the customer's telephone number including country code and area
code here.
Type the customer's e-mail address here or select from a previously
created e-mail component BB. You may also save a newly entered e-mail
address as a new e-mail component BB.
Click Apply to create the BB. This BB is then available in the BB pool for
this domain.
Click Reset to begin configuring the screen afresh.
