Quick Dials

When you have programmed a destina-
tion's number in a Quick Dial table, you
can dial the number by just selecting the
destination from the Quick Dial table.
Additionally, you can store a name

that will appear on the display when-
ever you press that Quick Dial.
Preparation
You must program the fax number
of a destination for the Quick Dial
table prior to using Quick Dial.⇒

Note
❒ When you press the title key above
the destination keys, the destina-
tion keys programmed in that title
key appear.
❒ To check the contents of Quick Di-
al, print the Quick Dial list. ⇒

❒ A stored name can be printed out
on the first page of a received fax at

Press the title key for the table
with the desired destination key.

Press the destination key. If the
desired destination key is not
shown, press [U U U U ] and [T T T T ] to look
through the table.

❒ To cancel a selected destination,
press that destination again.
❒ If you wish to dial another des-
tination, press [Add] and repeat
steps B and C.

Press the { { { { Start} } } } key.

play Number Keys].
