Multi-effect settings (MFX screen)

The Effects/MFX screen lets you edit the multi-effect parameters.
In this screen you can make detailed settings for the multi-effect
selected by "MFX Type" (p. 34). For more about the parameters that
you can edit, refer to "Multi-effect list" (p. 42).
