You have entered the wrong pre-
fix.
The ISDN function has not been
enabled.
The same MSN was assigned to
the telephones. One of the tele-
phones also has internal call
divert activated.
Possible solution
Check and correct the prefix
(see handset operating instruc-
tions).
Check with your network pro-
vider.
Deactivate internal call divert
or set external call divert
(see handset operating instruc-
tions).
