Trouble shooting

In the unlikely event of difficulties with your appliance please follow the
trouble shooting guide below. If the problem persists, contact the retailer
if the machine is still within the guarantee period. If the appliance is out
of guarantee, contact an approved service agent on 0845 025 3025. If an
error code is displayed, please refer to the error code guide below.

The dryer does not start
The drying result is not
good and the drying
time is too long
The remaining time
display is frozen, or the
remaining time displayed
is skipping
possible cause
• The unit is not plugged in or switched on.
• There is no power to the socket. Plug
another appliance into the socket to test if
there is power.
• Door is not properly shut.
• A drying programme has not been
selected.
• The Start/Pause button has not been
pressed.
• The water collection box is full.
• The drying programme setting is not
correct.
• The lint screen needs cleaning.
• The condenser is blocked.
• The amount of the laundry loaded
exceeds the rated load.
• The laundry has not been spun dry before
loading.
• The air intake vent is blocked.
• The surface of the inside of the drum got
a deposit layer forming. Clean the drum
interior.
The remaining time will be automatically
adjusted and corrected continuously based
on the following factors:
• Type of laundry.
• Load weight.
• The degree to which laundry has already
been spun dry.
• Ambient temperature.
The automatic adjustment is a normal
operation.
