MAmNTENANCE
RECOMMENDATmONS
The Owner/Operator is responsibHe for making sure that
aHH periodic maintenance tasks are completed on a timeHy
basis; that aHH discrepancies are corrected; and that the unit
is kept dean and properHy stored.
NEVER
operate
a
damaged
or defective generator.
NOTE: If equipped with inf]atabHe tires, keep the air
pressure at the vaHue marked on the tire or within H 5 and
40 psi.
_ine Maintenance
See engine owner's manuaH for instructions.
An oiH drain tray is provided for your convenience to
change the oiH and oiH filter. Store tray in a convenient
Hocation for periodic maintenance.
Changing Oil
H. PHace the haHf moon notch in the oiH drain tray under
the oiH drain plug (Figure H 6).

2. PHace the oiH drain tray foot tab in the shot on the base
of the generator, as shown.
3. FoHHow the instructions given in the engine owner's
manuaH for draining oiH.
4. After oiH has drained, reinstaHH the oiH drain plug.
5. Remove the oiH drain tray from under the oiH drain plug
and dean up any spiHHed oiH.
Changing Oil Filter
H. PHace the haHf moon notch in the oiH drain tray under
the oiH fiHter (Figure 7).

3. FoHHow the instructions given in the engine owner's
manuaH for changing oiH filter and adding oiH.
4. Remove the oiH drain tray from under the oiH fiHter and
dean up any spiHHed oiH.
