Use the four-way controller ( • • )
to select an image in Playback
mode.

Turn the rear e-dial (;,,_,,_) to the
right (toward 0,).
The image enlarges at each click (1.2 times
to 32 times).
Available operations
Four-way controller (A • • 1_) Moves the area to enlarge.
Rear e-dial (',,,_,,,') to the right (O,) Enlarges the image (up to 32 times).
/1_ button
Rear e-dial (',,,_,,,') to the left ([]) Reduces the image (up to 1.2 times*).
/(_ button
OK button Returns to the original size.
Front e-dial (,-_,,) Retains the magnification and the
position of the magnified area and
shows the previous/next image.
INFO button Switches information display on/off.
*The default setting for the first click (minimum magnification) is 1.2 times. You can
change this in [Quick Zoom] of the [i-¢q Playback 1] menu. (p.236)
' You can enlarge the image by f0!lowing the sam e procedure during Instant
Review (p.73), Digital Preview (p.138)or Live View (p.168).
• The initial fu!l display of vertica! images is displayed with a magnification of
0.675 times that of horizontal images, therefore, magnification at the first click
starts at 1.0 times.
